How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Go to the "Data & Privacy" section and click "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data.
How do I export my data?
Visit your Account Settings and click "Export My Data" in the Data & Privacy section. You'll download a JSON file containing all your profile, chatbots, and booking data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Account Settings. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal, or use the "Cancel Subscription" button. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds in specific circumstances, including EU cooling-off period requirements and significant service downtime. Contact support@novara.chat within 14 days of the charge to request a refund.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
When you cancel, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can export your data anytime before cancellation.
How long is my data retained?
Account data is kept until you delete your account. After deletion, most data is removed within 30 days. Invoice records are anonymized but retained for 7 years for legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
